4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your top, skirt, or shorts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
